My name is Richard Walters. After 20 years as a corporate executive, in 1998 I left all that to become a personal trainer. I train some of the busiest professionals in the Pittsburgh area. I hold a masters degree,I am a fitness authority, and author of The 16 Minute Body Sculpting Kit: Attain Your Dream Body in Just 16 Minutes a Day! I have also published numerous articles on health and fitness.

On the personal side, I am married with 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy lifting, biking, running, painting, and writing.
